The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce 150 copies of a 135‑page manual titled “CGC ThETIS DC Red Books.” Each book must contain 125 black‑ink pages and 10 full‑color pages, with four cover sheets; the front cover receives a 10 mil clear acetate finish and the back cover a 10 mil black leatherette finish. The books are to be spiral‑bound with a black plastic coil on the left edge, trimmed to a final size of 3 × 5 in., and packed in suitable boxes for shipment.
