Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service

The National Gallery of Art is seeking a contractor to provide kitchen equipment maintenance and repair services for various food preparation and dining facilities. The services required under this scope of work include maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, exhaust hood systems, grease traps, sanitary sewer lines, ejector pits, food waste disposals, plumbing fixtures, lighting systems, dishwashers, and associated equipment. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and management required to provide the required services. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning, testing, visual operational checks, adjustments, and repairs necessary to maintain the kitchen equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide services on a time and material/labor hour basis. • The contractor will be required to provide all required PM services, including but not limited to cleaning, testing, visual operational checks, adjustments, and repairs. • The contractor will be required to provide services for various kitchen equipment, including freezers, refrigerators, ice makers, and display cases.
