This Invitation to Quote seeks a qualified pest‑control contractor to provide comprehensive exterminating services for more than 200 Gwinnett County facilities under a multi‑year, annually‑renewable contract. The contractor must perform routine preventative‑maintenance treatments, on‑demand emergency pest control, wildlife exclusion, and bed‑bug remediation; respond to emergencies within 24 hours (four‑hour response for after‑hours calls); and furnish detailed service reports, MSDS documentation, and appropriate invoicing. The contract runs one year initially with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and pricing must be supplied for each facility on a monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual basis.
