Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VHA) VISN 6 seeks a qualified vendor to supply medical‑grade liquid bulk oxygen and associated tank rental services to the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, multi‑year (base period 1 year with up to three one‑year options) requirements contract covering bulk oxygen delivery, main and reserve tank rental, telemetry monitoring, delivery fees, tank removal, and emergency delivery services. The contractor must own and maintain the tanks, provide 24‑hour delivery response, conduct monthly telemetry monitoring on solar power, perform annual alarm‑set‑point testing, and supply training and emergency contact support. All work must comply with NFPA 50/99, FDA CGMP, and applicable OSHA standards, and the contractor must carry required insurance.
