Bench Information Technology Services

The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) is soliciting qualifications from experienced Information Technology (IT) individuals and firms to establish a Bench List of expertly qualified independent contractors for specific IT-related Task Order projects. The scope of work includes System Development, Implementation, and Programming; Database Management and Optimization; Systems Analysis and Integration; GIS Data and Document Capture, Conversion, and Loading; General IT Consulting Services; and Project Management Services. • The contract term is for up to 3 years from the effective date of the contract. • The City reserves the right to change, add to, or delete any part of this RFQ. • Proposers must submit their responses via email to [email protected]. • The City will evaluate responses based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost. • The City aims to award a contract to the selected proposer(s) in June 2026.
