Notice of Intent to Sole Source to S&P Global Market Intelligence, LLC

The Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Sole Source award to S&P Global Market Intelligence, LLC. The requirement is to procure Market Intelligence Energy Desktop and Feed Subscription from S&P Global Market Intelligence, LLC. The anticipated period of performance will be a one-year Base Period and four optional one-year periods. • The award will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products. • Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company's ability to satisfy this requirement. • A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. • If no responses that demonstrate comparable capability are received within fifteen calendar days after publication of the notice, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
