Description
The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a financial advisor to provide services including advising on regulatory constraints, drafting legislation, and reviewing financing options. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with the option for renewal. The vendor will be paid on an as-needed basis, with a monthly progress report and invoice required. The scope of services includes providing financial advice and assistance to the Department.
• Advising on regulatory constraints imposed by Congress and the U.S. Treasury
• Drafting legislation necessary to improve debt issuance and management
• Reviewing financing options and other innovative products
• Providing financial feasibility studies and pricing of any financing and any escrow
