Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Pega Systems, Inc. for Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions, Technical Support, and Professional Services

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to award a sole-source contract to Pegasystems Inc. for Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions, technical support, and professional services. The contract aims to establish a Department of War (DoW)-wide licensing vehicle to provide proprietary Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions, direct OEM Tier-3 premium technical support, and specialized OEM professional services. These capabilities support critical enterprise business process management, low-code application development, case management, and acquisition modernization across the U.S. Army. • The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). • The contract is for a single-award Enterprise Contract (EC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The contract will provide Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions, including the Pega Government Platform. • The contract will provide direct OEM Tier-3 premium technical support and specialized OEM professional services.
