Durable travel training kits for airway and massive hemorrhage

The State of Hawaii Department of Health is seeking vendors to supply two sets of durable travel training kits for its Emergency Medical Services and Injury Prevention System Branch. One kit set (15 units) is focused on airway management and massive hemorrhage control, including C‑A‑T tourniquets, Celox gauze, QuikClot® Combat Gauze, wound‑packing gauze, NAR wound simulators, and an instructional booklet recommended by the American College of Surgeons. The second kit set (2 units) is for CPR and AED training, comprising multipack training manikins housed in a travel case with optional Bluetooth connectivity for objective performance feedback.
