City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to rent a variety of black, slip‑ and trip‑resistant floor mats for the Parma Pumping Station over a maximum 13‑month service period. The contract ceiling is $5,000 and the vendor must provide delivery, placement, cleaning, pickup, and all associated freight within the unit price. Deliveries are scheduled monthly in the summer and twice monthly in the winter, with a requirement for MSDS documentation for each mat type.
