The Shelby County Board of Education is seeking a single vendor to supply a comprehensive list of small kitchen equipment for use in its district cafeterias. The contract is fixed‑price, “all‑or‑none,” and runs for one year with an optional one‑year renewal, subject to performance and price‑adjustment limits. Vendors must be located within 50 miles of the Central Nutrition Center in Memphis, include all freight in unit prices, and satisfy extensive insurance, background‑check, and certification requirements.
• Provide every item on the detailed equipment list (approximately 110 distinct small‑ware and kitchen tools) with unit pricing that includes shipping.
• Deliver items within one week of notice; the district may require local pick‑up.
• Comply with mandatory certifications (non‑boycott of Israel, Iran divestment, anti‑bribery, non‑collusion, etc.) and maintain required insurance coverage.
