Budget estimate

$400,000 – $1,200,000

No contract value is disclosed, but comparable municipal storm‑water retrofits for a fire station typically range from $500 k to $1.2 M depending on site conditions, soil handling, and planting scope. Assuming moderate site complexity, a low‑end estimate of $400,000 (minimal grading and standard ESC) and a high‑end estimate of $1,200,000 (extensive soil stockpiling, premium planting, and accelerated schedule) are reasonable.
