Description
The Washtenaw Community College is seeking bids for the West Road Assistance Tower Installation project. The project includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, scaffolding, hoisting, and incidentals to complete the installation work in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. The contractor will be responsible for managing and coordinating with all other trades necessary to complete the work, obtaining and paying for all required permits, licenses, inspections, approvals, and fees, and providing startup support, testing, and assistance for new equipment. The project is scheduled to begin on December 15, 2025, and must be completed on or before April 20, 2026.
• The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the installation work.
• The contractor must manage and coordinate with all other trades necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor must obtain and pay for all required permits, licenses, inspections, approvals, and fees.
• The contractor must provide startup support, testing, and assistance for new equipment.
