J065--Dexis Panos Imaging Systems Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) including software support at the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) and corrective maintenance (CM) services, including software support, for seven government-owned Dexis Panos imaging systems at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses, and other related costs to perform the services. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a base period and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide technical support, perform on-site services, and submit field service reports. The government will evaluate quotes based on technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance inspections semi-annually. • The contractor must provide corrective maintenance services as required by the government. • The contractor must provide technical support Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM-06:00 PM PST. • The contractor must submit field service reports to the PPOC. • The contractor must provide all travel and transportation expenses at no additional cost to the government.
