Description
The Brunswick-Glynn Joint Water and Sewer Commission is seeking a progressive design-build team to rehabilitate or replace three complete electrical systems at water production facilities and construct, install, and program 19 previously designed SCADA remote terminal units at water production facilities and elevated storage tanks throughout Glynn County. The project will be completed in two phases, with Phase One focusing on design development, evaluation of alternatives, cost modeling, and development of a guaranteed maximum price proposal. Phase Two will involve final design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The selected team will provide design, preconstruction, and construction services in a collaborative, phased approach.
