The required items include the Astro Max No Payload DRONE, FreeFly Astro SL8-Air Battery, SL8 Travel Case, FreeFly Astro SL8 Battery Charger, Freefly LR1 Payload, YellowScan Surveyor Ultra 3 & Single Camera Module 61MP, CloudStation Ultimate Perpetual License, SBG Qinertia UAV Integrated Perpetual License, PIX4Dmatic, Perpetual License, 5' Landing Pad, FPI LiDAR Targets, Onsite training, Travel, Astro Antenna Mount, Quick Release Adaptor (Dovetail), Astro isolator for lidar, and Gremsy Damping Plate Rubber.
• The Astro Max No Payload DRONE includes a drone, pilot pro controller, and spare parts.
• The YellowScan Surveyor Ultra 3 & Single Camera Module 61MP includes a 3-echo Hesai XT32M2X Laser Scanner, Calibrated SBG Quanta Micro INS, and Embedded Camera.
• The CloudStation Ultimate Perpetual License includes all features activated, including Orthophoto generation and Command Line processing for automation & batching.
• The SBG Qinertia UAV Integrated Perpetual License includes fast trajectory processing correction software for best quality point cloud generation.
The solicitation includes instructions for vendors, including the requirement to include all applicable fees, charges, and taxes in the price submitted. Vendors are also required to be compliant with all appropriate state and federal statutes.
