The City of Tuscaloosa is seeking a qualified construction firm to perform a broad range of home‑repair and renovation services for low‑ to moderate‑income, senior, and disabled homeowners. The work includes painting, trim, siding, window/awning replacement, structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs, all performed in compliance with lead‑safe regulations and state licensing requirements. Firms must demonstrate recent relevant project experience, have an active SAM.gov registration, and hold an Alabama Certified Lead Renovator credential.
