RFQ-SC Licensed Residential Contractors

Palmetto Community Action Partnership is seeking licensed and insured residential contractors to perform energy‑efficiency retrofits for low‑income households throughout Charleston County. The scope includes air sealing, insulation, minor carpentry, installation of smoke and carbon‑monoxide alarms, and bathroom exhaust fans. Work is year‑round, with training provided by the agency, and contractors will receive the detailed work specifications from Palmetto CAP. • Must be a licensed, insured residential contractor capable of performing multiple specialty trades. • Projects involve both thermal retrofits (air sealing, insulation) and electrical work (alarms, fans). • Contract is open‑ended with no fixed end date; contractors will receive work on an as‑needed basis throughout the year.
