Description
The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region – Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking sources for contract support to the Marine Corps Information Maneuver School (MCIMS), Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS), and Marine Corps Training Command (TRNGCMD). The contract will provide instruction in various subjects required to grant Marines the Civil Affairs Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and Influence MOS, as well as train Marines in Civil Affairs Operations (CAO), Civil-Military Operations (CMO), and information operations planning. The contract is expected to have a base year with four follow-on option years.
• The required capabilities include providing support to MCIMS, MCIS, and TRNGCMD in delivering training to Marine Corps CA MOS Course, CMO Planner, and IO planner students.
• The training will also be delivered to unit staffs at all levels in preparation for conducting CMO, Information Warfare (IW), and stability operations.
• The contractor must have familiarity with the direction the USMC is taking regarding the Information Maneuver (17XX) occupational field and the MarineNet e-learning ecosystem of learning management applications.
• The contractor must also have familiarity with adult learning theory and methodology, USMC doctrine, policies, and procedures, and the Marine Corps’ Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE).
