Mountain's Edge Recreation Center & Mountain's Edge Regional Park Phase II (SNPLMA)

The County of Clark is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to deliver two interrelated public‑works projects: a new Mountain’s Edge Recreation Center funded by the county and a Phase II regional park funded through the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act. The CMAR will be responsible for design‑build delivery, maintaining separate scopes, schedules, cost accounting, reporting, and payment applications for each component while coordinating overall construction activities. • Scope 1 – Recreation Center: design‑build of a community recreation facility (mechanical, electrical, structural, site work) with an estimated contract value of $43.7 M–$46.0 M. • Scope 2 – Regional Park Phase II: development of park amenities, landscaping, trails, utilities, etc., funded by SNPLMA, valued at $41.4 M–$43.6 M. • Single CMAR contract with dual accounting streams; compliance with Nevada Statutes Ch. 338 and Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules required. • Pre‑proposal virtual conference on June 23, 2026; proposals due July 16, 2026 (3 p.m.) via the Clark County Bonfire portal or hard‑copy delivery.
