Description
The Department of Technology, Management, & Budget’s Procurement office is seeking a contractor to provide Inspecting & Sampling Lead, Molds, Asbestos, and Air Contaminants services. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewal options. The contractor will be responsible for providing various services including inspections, sampling, and testing. The contractor must have experience with State contracts and knowledge of the Inspecting & Sampling Lead, Molds, Asbestos, and Air Contaminants industry.
• The contractor must provide certified lead instruction services.
• The contractor must have the necessary memberships, accreditations, and licenses to perform the required services.
• The contractor must provide a management plan and comply with all State requirements.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all services, including inspections, sampling, and testing.
