IFB - Multi-provider On-Call, and As-Needed Title and Escrow Services in Yuba and Sutter Counties

The California Department of Transportation is seeking a multi-provider, on-call, and as-needed title and escrow services agreement for the acquisition of properties needed to accommodate future state highway facilities in Yuba and Sutter counties. The selected contractor must be a title and escrow company regulated by the California Department of Insurance and must be able to provide quick and timely preliminary reports on multiple parcels associated with a transportation project. The agreement will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be required to provide title and escrow services, including title searches, escrow services, and document preparation. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to small business and disabled veteran business enterprise participation.
