Tram Cars for National Park Service

The National Park Service is seeking quotations for the provision of two open-air tram cars and trailing units for Dinosaur, Colorado, and three open-air tram cars for Wellfleet, Massachusetts. The quotation must include all necessary items and services required to furnish the quoted items to the Government. The Government will award a contract to the responsible quoter with the highest technically rated quote and a fair and reasonable price. • The tram cars must meet the requirements outlined in the purchase descriptions (Attachments 2 and 3). • The quoter must provide detailed information regarding their ability to meet all requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The quoter must provide technical specifications for each item listed in the purchase description. • The quoter must provide preliminary drawings that show the layout views of the proposed vehicle, including all equipment locations and basic dimensions. • The quoter must provide documented evidence of quality assurance procedures or system. • The quoter must provide access to the Government, customers, and warranty service, as well as technical support via email, phone service, internet/web, or other method.
