Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking bids for frac tank rental services in the Yoakum District. The successful bidder will be required to provide frac tanks, including full maintenance and insurance coverage, for a period of time to be determined. The bidder must have at least 3 years of experience in the business of providing tank rental, pickup, and delivery services. The bidder must also provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and commercial automobile insurance. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
* The scope of work includes rental of frac tanks, delivery, pickup, and washout services
* The location of the services will be in the Yoakum District, with specific delivery locations specified in Attachment A
* The vendor must provide all required safety equipment and instruct personnel to observe all safety policies, rules, and requirements at all times
* The vendor must also provide a primary point of contact and conduct driver license checks annually on vendor staff that drive to and from TxDOT work locations
