Description
Knox County is seeking bids for the provision of Promotional Products and Graphic Design. The successful vendor will provide graphic design, layout, color printing, and support for a wide range of products. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The evaluation criteria for this bid include price, experience and qualifications, and delivery.
• The contract will be awarded to the most responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications.
• The vendor must provide new supplies, unless specified otherwise in the bid package.
• The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
• The vendor must provide proof of financial and business capability upon request.
• The vendor must maintain all books, documents, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to the goods and services provided under this contract.
Some of the key products and services that will be required under this contract include short-sleeve t-shirts, ceramic coffee mugs, polyester drawstring bags, and retractable banners. The vendor must be able to provide these products in various colors and quantities, and must be able to deliver them to Knox County within a reasonable timeframe.
