Printing Services

The County of Fresno is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide various printing services. The County will select multiple bidders for award to the ensuing contract(s). Awarded vendors must be able to meet the diverse printing service needs described herein on an as-needed, per-job basis. The scope of work includes printing market collateral, name plates, tradeshow art and displays, swag items, finishing services, reprographics, custom packaging, indoor signage, support mail services, outdoor signage, annual reports, electrical signage, wrap around books, wall wraps, magnets, floor wraps, plaques, decals/stickers, flags, apparel, oversize prints, embroidery, sandwich boards, tablecloths, vehicle wraps, and more. • The County spends approximately $650,000 per year on printing services. • The Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to fulfill printing services as requested by the County. • The Contractors must operate a business within 50 miles of downtown Fresno, CA. • Proposals should include details on which services bidder does provide. • The term of the contract will be three years with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods based on mutual written consent.
