Description
The City of Lewiston is seeking bids for the replacement of carpet at the Lewiston Public Library. The work includes floor preparation and installation of supplied flooring at the library, located at 200 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine. The project requires the installation of 4 ½” black cove base molding and 2.02 TYPE-1: RUBBER FLOORING. The anticipated completion date is June 30, 2026.
• The bid submissions should include costs for the entire footage around the basement and third floor area in the bid specifications.
• The bid submissions should include costs for rubber floor tile, adhesive, and other necessary materials.
• The normal business hours for the Library, Mon-Fri and Sat, should be assumed for labor rates for the project.
• The bids are due on January 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
