Transfer Pumping Upgrades At The Water Treatment Plant

The City of Boca Raton is seeking bids for the Transfer Pumping Upgrades At The Water Treatment Plant project. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Water Treatment Plant, Transfer Pumping Station. The upgrades include modifications and enhancements to the building’s architecture, structural strengthening, modifications to the existing process mechanical system, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment inside the building. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. Key points to consider: • The estimated budget for this project is $10,830,000. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 2, 2026, using the Go To Meeting platform. • The bid opening will be held on March 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM (ET), and will be made available using CMT. • The project requires the bidder to be the prime contractor for all submitted references. • The experience of a subcontractor may not meet the requirements of the bidder qualifications listed in Attachment 5 of Section 200.
