Trash Removal Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive trash removal services at Orlando International Airport (MCO) for a five‑year term. The scope includes supplying, installing, and maintaining trash compactors and containers, performing routine collection of wet and dry waste, handling recyclable materials, and managing recyclable cardboard revenue sharing. Service levels, equipment inventories, and pickup frequencies may be adjusted during the contract period. The award will be made through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) process, with a pre‑submittal virtual meeting on August 28 2026 and final response due September 23 2026. • Provide labor, supervision, trucks, equipment, and all tools for trash compactors/containers. • Perform daily pick‑up and removal of wet, dry, compacted and non‑compacted waste and recyclables across multiple airport locations. • Install and maintain equipment; adjust size, location, or number of units as needed. • Remove recyclable cardboard bales and remit a percentage of revenue to GOAA. • Comply with Service Level Agreement, safety, and reporting requirements. • Contract length: 5 years, starting approx. 01/01/2027, with potential adjustments.
