The County of San Mateo is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, enterprise-level wellness platform and associated services to support the County's commitment to Whole Person Wellbeing. The selected vendor will deliver an integrated, scalable solution that combines a configurable technology platform, advanced data analytics, and program administration services to engage a diverse employee population across departments, worksites, and health plans. The platform must support multi-level customization, including department- and population-specific portals, and enable seamless integration with third-party systems, devices, and applications. Some key features required include: • A mature, market-proven platform that supports multi-level customization and seamless integration with third-party systems • Advanced data analytics and real-time reporting capabilities • Support for the County's proprietary Health Risk Assessment and incentive program administration • Ability to deliver and/or coordinate onsite wellness services, including health coaching, fitness classes, and other wellbeing support • A dedicated account management team to support implementation and ongoing program operations The County is looking for a strategic partner with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise wellness platforms for large, complex organizations.
