Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and software support for the MiPACS Dental Imaging System at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contractor must be an authorized service provider for the MiPACS System and provide annual technical support, annual maintenance, and respond to issues within specified timeframes. The services must meet manufacturer performance and technical specifications, federal regulations, and other applicable specifications.
Some key requirements for the contractor include:
* Providing annual technical support and maintenance for the MiPACS System
* Responding to issues within 1 hour for work stoppages and within 2 business days for general issues
* Meeting manufacturer performance and technical specifications, federal regulations, and other applicable specifications
* Providing service documentation at no additional expense
* Being an authorized re-seller to participate in the solicitation process
* Being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry (if applicable)
