The Department of Veteran Affairs, Health Service Area (HSA) 2.1, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to negotiate a new Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the acquisition of reagents, consumables, supplies, and maintenance services to support the Fayetteville Coastal VA Health Care System, Richmond HCS, and Salisbury HCS. The contract will be a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract awarded to Hologic Sales and Service, LLC. The contract will provide proprietary items and OEM support for the government-owned Hologic Panther Diagnostic Systems. • The contract is for the acquisition of reagents, consumables, supplies, and maintenance services. • The contract will support three VA health care systems. • The contract will be awarded to Hologic Sales and Service, LLC. • The contract is a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract. • The contract will provide proprietary items and OEM support for the Hologic Panther Diagnostic Systems.
