The State of Missouri’s Department of Commerce and Insurance, through its Public Service Commission Office of the Public Counsel, is procuring a single‑source, hosted software solution for depreciation studies of public‑utility plant investments. PowerPlan Inc. is the exclusive provider of the PowerPlan Depreciation Studies software, which will be delivered as a subscription service with maintenance for an initial one‑year term and up to five optional one‑year renewals. This acquisition does not require a competitive bid because no other vendor offers a comparable, non‑customized solution.
