Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive modular furniture services across multiple DWR facilities. The work includes fabrication, repair, refurbishment, re‑configuration, and installation of modular furniture components (Allsteel, Haworth, and CCTRA), as well as associated tasks such as steam‑cleaning, repainting, grommet drilling, and panel modification. All labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and necessary permits must be supplied by the contractor, with work executed under signed work orders not exceeding $120,000 each. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year agreement with potential option years, and each work order will be billed separately. The contractor must maintain prevailing‑wage compliance, provide required bonds and insurance, and meet stringent DVBE participation and DIR registration requirements.
