Description
West Liberty University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive trash collection and recycling services for its main campus, the Gary E West Event Center, and associated leased properties. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment (dumpsters, carts), and supervision to perform tri‑weekly dumpster pickups and weekly recycling collections, and be able to add extra roll‑off containers on demand. All services must commence May 1 2026 and continue through June 30 2027, with the possibility of up to nine one‑year renewals. Vendors must be WV‑licensed, submit criminal background checks for employees, carry required insurance, and adhere to strict campus conduct rules.
