Description
The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking bids for the provision of Nutritional Products. The products must be non-dairy, sugar-free, diabetic safe, vegan, and Circle U Kosher. They must also be available in a variety of flavors and be able to mix with eight ounces of cold water to dissolve solids. The contractor must guarantee that Knox County will receive the lowest price offered by their company for similar services and products. The contract period starts on March 1, 2026, and ends on February 28, 2027.
• The contractor must provide descriptive literature with their bid.
• The contractor must indicate the manufacturer and item number of the Nutritional Products being bid.
• The contractor must state the available flavors of the Nutritional Products.
• The contractor must provide the cost based on 1000 pouches per case.
• The contractor must meet the Guaranteed Business Days to Deliver after receipt of PO.
• The contractor must state their average substitution rate for those products being bid.
