Description
The State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for Family Preservation – Family Assistance Program Services in Wexford and Missaukee counties. The selected bidder will provide services to support families and prevent the need for out-of-home placement of children. The proposal should include a detailed plan for delivering services, a description of the bidder's experience and qualifications, and a pricing proposal.
