Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Woodford County Rest Area on I-64. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the rest area facilities, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, and minor repairs. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services.
