Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide high-dosage literacy tutoring services to students enrolled in Missouri public schools. The contractor will be required to provide live video-based tutoring sessions to students in grades kindergarten through Grade 5 who are identified as at-risk and have a Reading Success Plan. The contractor must have at least ten years of experience delivering high-dosage tutoring to elementary students across the United States and experience delivering high-dosage tutoring to elementary students within the State of Missouri. The contractor's tutors must be trained in structured literacy and evidence-based reading instruction practices grounded in the science of reading. The contract period will be for one year, and the contractor will be required to report quarterly to the state agency on the number of students participating in the tutoring services, the number of sessions each student completes, and the type of metrics used to determine the success of the tutoring.
