Description
The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) and Metro- North Commuter Railroad Company (MNR) are seeking firm, fixed-price Bids from qualified contractors to perform scheduled periodic inspections on elevators and escalators located at various locations throughout the LIRR Eastern Service Territory, Penn Station and various MNR locations. The period of performance for this project is three (3) years with two (2), one (1) year options.
