The District seeks a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission an emergency generator system for Batmale Hall, including all associated electrical, mechanical, and civil works. The scope covers delivery of a 130 kW Generac‑type generator, transformer, automatic transfer switch, concrete pad, fencing/screening, gas hookup, wiring to building panels, and required as‑built documentation. The contractor must comply with Title 24, prevailing‑wage rules, and extensive safety and certification requirements. The contract runs 418 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for overruns.
• Core work: generator, transformer, ATS, electrical tie‑ins, concrete pad, fence, gas line.
• Mandatory pre‑bid conference/site visit on Oct 30 2025; bid due Nov 13 2025 2 PM.
• Required certifications: drug‑free, tobacco‑free, hazardous‑materials, lead‑based, imported‑materials, Iran‑Contracting, prevailing‑wage, etc.
• Bonds: 10 % bid bond; 100 % performance and payment bonds; insurance per District specifications.
