Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to refill fire suppression systems in two buildings, Bldg. 11 and Bldg. 15, at the Altoona location. The scope of work includes refilling the systems with HFC 227ea clean agent, hydrostatic testing, and testing after refilling. The vendor will need to coordinate with VA staff to schedule the work and will be escorted by VA staff in the areas where the work will be performed. The acceptance testing will be witnessed by the VA and will be performed in accordance with NFPA 2001, 2025 edition.
• Refill fire suppression systems in Bldg. 11 and Bldg. 15
