The Wood County Commission, together with the Wood County Parks and Recreation Commission, seeks a qualified consulting engineering firm to design and engineer multiple miles of machine‑built, single‑track mountain‑bike trails at Mountwood Park. The scope includes preparing a preliminary engineering report, developing construction drawings and bid packages compliant with the Rural Transportation Program, evaluating and recommending award of contractor bids, monitoring construction, performing field design work, and handling related administrative tasks such as pay‑estimate review and compliance with numerous federal and state regulations.
