2025 Request for Qualifications (Professional Services Roster)

The City of Twin Falls and the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Twin Falls are seeking professional services qualification statements from design professionals, construction managers, professional land surveyors, and other persons licensed pursuant to Idaho Statute. The selected professionals will be placed on a hiring roster for consideration on future projects, which may include design work funded by the State or Federal programs. The projects may involve various services such as architectural, landscape architecture, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and more. The respondents will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and project-specific requirements. • The City and URA are seeking professional services in multiple categories, including architectural, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and more. • The selected professionals will be placed on a hiring roster for consideration on future projects. • The projects may involve design work funded by the State or Federal programs. • The respondents will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and project-specific requirements. • The City and URA reserve the right to accept or reject any or all qualification statements.
