Landscape Maintenance Services for Bridges, Overpasses, Underpasses and Facilities

The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide landscaping maintenance services for bridges, overpasses, underpasses, and facilities on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work, including grass, weed, and small tree cutting, litter collection and removal, and removal of branches. The contract term is five years, and the pricing will remain firm throughout the agreement term unless a price adjustment is requested by the contractor or the city. The contractor will be required to maintain insurance, including commercial general liability insurance, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work * Performing work on a schedule defined by the city * Protecting all existing work, materials, equipment, improvements, utilities, structures, and vegetation * Submitting invoices along with all supporting documentation * Maintaining insurance and complying with all applicable laws and regulations
