Arbinger Institute to Provide Leadership Workshops/Coaching

The Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, intends to award a sole source contract to Arbinger Institute for leadership workshops and coaching services. The contract aims to develop a common baseline for all DPAA agency leaders and members, focusing on improving organizational culture and effectiveness by developing an outward mindset and improving emotional intelligence. The services will be provided for a 1-year base period with a 1-year option. • The contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." • The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. • The small business size standard is $15M annual sales. • The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award.
