25FS0030 - Commercial Laundry Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services

The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Commercial Laundry Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. The contract will be for a term of approximately 3 years, starting from July 1, 2025, or upon approval. The services will be performed at the Veterans Home of California at Fresno. The contractor must comply with all instructions and requirements contained in the IFB. • The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of commercial laundry equipment. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the services. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with all requirements prescribed in the IFB. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documents and information, including a completed Bidder’s Checklist and a signed Bidder Certification form.
