Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide frac tank rental services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor will be required to provide temporary frac tanks with a minimum total capacity of 60,000 gallons for temporary seawater storage at Dry Dock #2, and services required to deliver and retrieve the tanks. The period of performance for this service is from 01 June 2026 to 30 September 2026.
• The contractor must meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements.
• The contractor must provide a quote that conforms to the solicitation and with technical quote and past performance determined to be acceptable.
• The contractor must have a current CMMC status at the CMMC level required by the solicitation.
• The contractor must ensure all subcontractors and suppliers complete prior to subcontract award, and maintain on an annual basis, an affirmation, by the affirming official, of continuous compliance with the requirements associated with the CMMC level required for the subcontract or other contractual instrument.
