The County seeks a qualified contractor to replace the existing cooling system at the Missoula County Detention Facility, including demolition of the current tower, chiller, and associated piping, installation of a new water‑cooled chiller, new hydronic pumps, groundwater well system, and full electrical and control upgrades. The work must comply with Montana prevailing‑wage rules, include all required permits, testing, and warranties, and be completed by mid‑May 2027.
