Description
The Department of Behavioral Health: Summit Behavioral Healthcare is seeking qualified vendors to provide quarterly testing, inspection, and maintenance services for three emergency power generators located on the hospital campus. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all generators remain in optimal operating condition, in full compliance with hospital standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Performing complete inspections of all generator systems, controls, and safety mechanisms
• Recording all data, readings, and results from the tests
• Providing a service report summarizing findings, maintenance performed, and any recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Performing a comprehensive annual service, including full oil change and filter replacement, diesel fuel sampling and analysis, lubrication and coolant inspection, battery testing and cleaning, and load bank test
• Providing 24-hour emergency service availability
• Being fully licensed and insured
• Providing all necessary tools, testing equipment, and load banks
